Help! PayPal won't let me check out!

While we do accept PayPal as a payment method, unfortunately PayPal does not accept payments for a recurring, subscription order. Please select Debit/Credit card to continue through to payment. 

 

How can I cancel my subscription or change my order? 

Please email us at: atomheartcrossstitch@gmail.com if you need to cancel or change your order. To avoid any charges, requests must be made prior to the current quarter's subscription renewal date. Check out the schedule for more details.

 

Will the boxes be themed? 

No, boxes will not be themed. While one set of floss drops in each box may be seasonal, for example hearts in February or bats in October, there will not be a single cohesive theme throughout all of the box contents. 

 

How many floss drops come in each box?

There will be two sets of floss drops in each box. If you purchase the 12 pack box you will receive a total of 24 floss drops. If you purchase the 25 pack box you will receive a total of 50 floss drops.

Can I opt out of one box and pick back up later?

No. For now the boxes will work on a subscription model. You will be charged the price of the box, plus the price of shipping, every 3 months (from the date you initially purchased). To cancel your subscription, email us at atomheartcrossstitch@gmail.com

 

Can I purchase additional items to be shipped with my box? 

Right now, our website does not allow for additional items to be purchased with a subscription. However, if you would like additional items to be shipped with the subscription box you can make a separate purchase and we’re happy to pack everything up together and refund you the extra shipping fee! Just be sure to send us a message or leave a note on your order so that we know. 

 

Can I change the floss drop shape I initially purchased? 

Yes! While we won't have the capability on our website for you to change the shape you choose each quarter, you can absolutely email us ahead of time and we’re happy to make that change. We do ask that you make any change requests prior to that quarters subscription renewal date, otherwise we are unable to guarantee that we can honor the request. 

 

Will boxes be available to purchase individually? 

Yes, but they will be very limited! After our boxes go out each quarter we will post any overflow boxes to the website for individual purchase. 

 

Are subscription boxes available internationally? 

Yes! That being said, international shipping costs will be charged for each box. International shipping fees are weight based, and unfortunately, can get pricey. The shipping cost will be calculated for you at time of purchase.

How can I sign up if the website shows mystery boxes are out of stock? 

If the website shows that subscription boxes are out of stock it means we’re at capacity for subscriptions. Any time we plan to add new slots or have slots opening up we will announce this via newsletter (so be sure to sign up!). Overflow boxes will also be announced via newsletter and listed for individual purchase to this page (when available).
